Today I wasn’t 100% into my workout.  My left arm was killing me and mentally I wasn’t there. It sucked, because arms is my favorite workout to do.  I was just feeling blah, I think I let the soreness from my wrist and elbow get to me, so I couldn’t really give 100%, I tried and pushed myself it just wasn’t happening today.
